I have also used Kagan's structures for...Laura,<br />I have also used Kagan's structures for a very long time, having gone through their training a couple of times. I loved it! I despise "group work" because I believe it silences individuals and actually works against learning. Group work becomes way too political! However, cooperative learning maximizes learning and gets rid of the negatives associated with power.
